Plugged in, untapped: Using digital technologies to help young people learn to lead. A recent research report

from the UK examines how digital technologies can equip young people to provide leadership for social change.

The report comes from the Young Foundation which works internationally. The report found that while digital technologies offer great promise for young people's learning and development, their access, skill levels and civic engagement varied markedly according to socio-economic status, education and social capital.
