The latest edition of the regulations is 2008. However, between editions amendments may be approved by the Assembly Standing Committee and are reflected in the document 'Regulations' below.

Regulations (2008 Edition as amended since the 12th Assembly)
The above 'Regulations' PDF includes amendments approved by the Assembly Standing Committee. The amendments are highlighted in yellow. The regulations relating to the Ministry Intern phase will come into effect 1 April 2010. The regulations relating to complaints procedures will come into effect 1 January 2010.
