Formation, Education and Discipleship (FED) is the Christian Education and Faith Formation Unit of the Assembly of the Uniting Church in Australia. 

It seeks to provide a cohesive vision of Christian education and faith formation to the Assembly and the national church to form and educate a people who live within and for the Mission of God. It engages in identifying and encouraging national collaboration and resourcing that assists congregations to be life- long learning communities of discipleship.
