The Kairos document is the Christian Palestinians’ word to the world about what is happening in Palestine. In this historic document, the Palestinian Christians declare that the military occupation of their land is a sin against God and humanity.
True Christian theology is a theology of love and solidarity with the oppressed, a call to justice and equality among all peoples.
In solidarity with Palestinian Christians, the NCCA has asked its member Churches and the wider Australian community to consider a boycott of goods produced by Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
The NCCA’s aid agency, Act for Peace, will to assist churches that need information to help them consider the issues around a boycott and support advocacy initiatives calling for a just peace as all parties work toward an end to the conflict
